📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs • Analyze Talent processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies • Work with technical teams to design and implement secure, accurate data integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems • Create business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and related implementation documentation • Develop test plans and scenarios, and conduct testing of SAP SuccessFactors functionality and integrations • Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts • Support end-users through change management activities following SAP SuccessFactors implementations • Identify, address, and escalate project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration • Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to business processes and system functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 5 to 8 years of industry experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Talent systems • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration • Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within SAP SuccessFactors • Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements • Strong documentation skills, including requirement documents, process flows, and test plans • Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques • Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants desired • Positive attitude, adaptability, resilience, emotional intelligence, and willingness to learn and grow while working virtually with global teams • Understanding of the difference between coding and engineering, with focus on high-quality, accurate, detail-oriented results
