• We provide IT Services & Technical recruiting services to global companies. • Looking for a full-scale recruiter to help continue with this growth. • Support the growth of our client's Engineering and Admin teams. • Partner with hiring managers and People Team to build creative strategies. • Ensure that expectations are exceeded and strive for the best recruitment experience. • Responsible for front cycle recruiting and staffing needs for all technical roles. • Responsible for recruiting for all Technical roles for Mexico and USA. • Use various recruiting platforms for outreach and sourcing candidates. • Partner with hiring managers on developing a strong candidate experience. • Develop sourcing strategies along with the HR Manager. • Update and manage our candidate pipeline. • Tailor and post job listings for open positions. • Maintain company-standard job descriptions for all positions. • Own candidate experience -- guide them through the hiring process. • Utilize applicant tracking system and keep learning new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree required • Experience working in a start up and/or fast-paced environment • 2-5 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions • Technical recruiting background preferred • Strong sense of responsibility • Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish) • Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools • Strong teamwork and ability to welcome differences when working alongside others • Strong knowledge of G-Suite suit including Docs, Sheets and Gmail • High personal integrity
