📋 Description

• Lead requirements workshops with finance, controlling, and tax stakeholders • Define solutions aligned with business objectives • Design and configure FI and CO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders, and Product Costing • Architect and validate end-to-end integration scenarios between FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and third-party systems • Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and reports • Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams during build and transport cycles • Lead data migration strategy and execution for master and transactional data • Manage data mapping, cleansing, LSMW/BDC/DTM/IDoc, and modern ETL approaches • Drive unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing • Prepare test plans and ensure deliverable quality • Oversee go-live planning and hypercare support • Resolve complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis • Ensure finance process design meets Colombian statutory, tax, and reporting requirements • Provide governance for change control, release management, and documentation • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level FICO consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of nine (9) years of hands-on, proven SAP FICO experience in implementations, rollouts, or large-scale support engagements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field • Deep knowledge of FI modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, and Banks • Deep knowledge of CO modules: CCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA • Experience with data migration, integration technologies including IDoc, BAPI, and APIs, and reporting solutions • Strong understanding of business finance processes, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls • Availability for periodic after-hours work during month-end closings, go-lives, and critical support windows • Knowledge of Colombian statutory, tax, and reporting requirements, including VAT, withholding tax, e-invoicing, and DIAN compliance • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience is highly preferred; strong ECC experience is acceptable • SAP certification in FI, CO, or S/4HANA Finance is preferred • Knowledge of tax and electronic invoicing regulations in Colombia and Latin America is preferred • Experience with Central Finance, Financial Closing Cockpit, or SAP Fiori finance apps is preferred • Familiarity with SAP BW, SAC, S/4HANA embedded analytics, and basic SQL is preferred • Experience with Agile/SAP Activate methodology and DevOps practices is preferred
