• Support the Documentation team backlog • Create engaging content to help internal and external customers • Produce release notes and customer-facing help material • Support rollouts and other needs

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of professional writing experience • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communications, Computer Science, Creative Writing or equivalent • Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs), JIRA/Confluence, and component-based authoring tools such as Contentful
