• Lead national and regional business development strategy focused on insurance carriers, TPAs, independent adjusters, and brokers • Own the lifecycle of target accounts: identification, relationship development, onboarding, and long-term account success • Assist in developing and executing a national and regional business development strategy aligned to Canadian market conditions and organizational growth objectives • Maintain a high level of knowledge relating to the carrier initiatives and assist in system alignment • Manage revenue growth targets and ensure National Account coverage goals are met • Act as an ambassador of the SERVPRO brand within the Canadian insurance industry • Conduct structured quarterly and annual business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, growth opportunities, and program alignment • Engage in all Brand Development opportunities to include national sponsorships and trade shows • Gather and synthesize market intelligence from insurers, franchises, and industry trends to inform strategy
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, national accounts, or strategic sales within insurance, restoration, or related service industries • Deep understanding of the Canadian insurance claims environment and restoration economics • Demonstrated credibility and effectiveness when working with insurer stakeholders • Experience within franchise, distributed, or multi-unit business models preferred • Proficiency with software commonly used in the insurance and restoration industries
