📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven initiatives • Drive the identification and prioritization of AI use cases across Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP) • Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners, FSS teams, and IT to uncover high-value opportunities • Maintain and continuously refine the AI opportunity pipeline aligned with Finance27+ priorities • Translate business challenges into structured AI use case frameworks (problem, data, success metrics, ROI) • Define clear scope, feasibility, and implementation approach in collaboration with IT and AI teams • Assess processes for AI readiness (data quality, standardization, automation potential) • Lead coordination of AI pilots and implementations end-to-end (POCs → deployment) • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across Finance and IT • Track and report progress, KPIs, and realized benefits (efficiency gains, cost savings, quality improvements)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field • 3–5 years in process improvement, transformation, or project delivery • Proven experience working across business + IT environments • Exposure to AI, automation, RPA or digital transformation initiatives • Solid understanding of Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP) • Experience in GBS / Shared Services / multinational environments is a strong plus
