📋 Description

• Lead our wireless compliance strategy and drive the evolution of our global laboratory network • Oversee global SAR/RF exposure requirements (FCC, RED, carriers) • Advance automation across existing labs • Expand regulatory capabilities into new markets (e.g., Mexico) • Provide technical leadership to regional teams to support global client development

🎯 Requirements

• Global Compliance & New Market Expansion - Regulatory & Carrier Governance • New Country Access: Lead the strategy and execution to establish SAR capabilities and compliance pathways in emerging markets, including expansion into new countries • Automation: Design and implement end-to-end test automation and software integration across SAR labs to improve throughput • Cross-Lab Support: Act as the global subject matter expert (SME), providing advanced technical guidance and troubleshooting to regional lab teams • Client Development: Support business development through high-level technical engagement
