📋 Description

• Comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct • Identify supplies/services to order and suitable supplier/service provider products • Segregate orders by vendor to optimize shipping and requisition costs • Place orders in the Procurement system and initiate the approval process • Support the Customer Service Team with purchase order creations and distribution to vendors • Ensure proper documentation has been received • Monitor order status and inform the manager about delays or other problems • Enter shipment information to initiate payment upon site-confirmed reception • Complete other duties assigned by the Manager, General Manager, or other leadership • Comply with SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures • Ensure the GBS work area is clean and presentable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 1-2 years data entry and/or accounting / billing / purchasing experience strongly preferred • Strong computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+) • Proficient in effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, manage time effectively, and multitask • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate efficiently in diverse work environments • High level of integrity and accountability
