📋 Description

• Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept through deployment • Manage Proofs of Concept, Minimum Viable Products, pilots, and business transformation initiatives • Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, and success metrics • Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners • Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and operational impact • Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and emerging technologies • Support development of Business Assurance's AI roadmap • Manage innovation initiatives not assigned to a dedicated strategic pillar • Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and scaling of successful solutions • Support oversight of cross-pillar initiatives and dependencies • Assist with prioritization, governance, and executive reporting • Prepare steering committee materials and status updates • Promote project management best practices across the organization • Report to the Global Head of IT – Business Assurance • Act as a trusted partner in driving the Business Assurance innovation agenda

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or a related field • Proven track record delivering technology or business transformation projects • Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives is highly desirable • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in global, matrix organizations • Agile project delivery experience preferred • Experience managing AI projects related to Sales using Salesforce is a strong advantage • Fluency in English in addition to the local language is a must have • CV must be submitted in English
