📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day aviation fueling operations across KCH, MYY, LBU, BKI and TWU • Ensure continuity of fuel supply through safe operation of fixed installations, refuellers and bowsers • Implement and maintain SAV, Shell Performance Framework, SEAM and other approved systems • Maintain operational readiness during peak demand, disruptions, emergencies and special operations • Support budget planning, expenditure tracking, OPEX optimization and financial accountability • Provide accurate demand and forecast information to Shell Airport Optimizer and Trading & Supply • Provide HSSE leadership aligned with Goal Zero, Life-Saving Rules and Process Safety Fundamentals • Maintain HSSE and Emergency Response Plans, conduct drills and coordinate with airport emergency services • Supervise Permit to Work activities and implement Shell security and risk-management standards • Ensure incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and Management of Change processes are properly handled • Ensure compliance with CAAM, MAHB, DOSH, DOE and other authorities, including license renewal support • Maintain aviation procedures, work instructions, licenses, permits, records and operational data • Support audits, inspections, assurance activities and closeout of findings and corrective actions • Monitor operator competence, fitness to drive, licensing, vehicle compliance and training • Manage and develop operations teams including operators and contractors across five sites • Implement duty rosters, monitor workload and fatigue, and support manpower and succession planning • Maintain integrity, availability and reliability of aviation fueling assets • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, corrective actions and HSSE-critical equipment • Support CAPEX transformation projects, including scope, cost, schedule and JHA/JMS reviews • Maintain fuel quantity, quality, product integrity, stock reconciliations and calibration certificates • Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with legal and Shell requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, asset management, maintenance and process safety • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Science or Business; previous work experience considered for candidates not meeting the educational standard • Experience with aviation fueling systems or fuel farm operations highly preferred but not compulsory • Skilled in operations with sound understanding of safe, compliant and efficient operations • Proven leadership capability • Ability to influence without direct authority • Self-starter who is well organized, independent and proactive • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage operations across KCH, MYY, LBU, BKI and TWU • Competency, licensing, Fitness to Work and training requirements for staff must be maintained
