Shift Markets is an enterprise software provider that supplies white-label digital asset infrastructure and exchange technology to financial institutions, brokers, and fintechs. Shift enables clients to launch and scale exchanges and crypto services quickly with pre-sourced liquidity, proven tech, and 24/7 support.

📋 Description

• Manage client onboarding projects from Customer Success handoff through delivery • Own assigned projects and backlogs, including grooming, prioritization, status tracking, and stakeholder updates • Translate client requests into defined scope, ticket descriptions, specifications, and acceptance expectations • Coordinate delivery across Customer Success, Development, and QA teams while balancing shared technical resources • Make day-to-day decisions about priorities, delivery timing, and deployment approach, escalating material risks or tradeoffs • Manage multiple workstreams, building toward ownership of approximately five to six concurrent projects • Support custom integration and configuration work by clarifying requirements, dependencies, and next steps • Create reusable templates and documentation to make integration and onboarding processes repeatable and scalable • Use AI tools in daily project-management work and improve documentation, follow-ups, task creation, and workflows • Take on smaller core product development work and internal projects, including project planning, blocker resolution, and status updates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing projects, implementations, or client delivery work in a software or technology environment • Practical understanding of software-development and QA processes from requirements through delivery • Strong organization and prioritization skills for changing requirements and competing demands • Ability to take ownership, show initiative, and make routine decisions independently • Clear, professional English communication • Ability to write documentation, tickets, specifications, status updates, and follow-ups • Hands-on experience with Asana or a comparable project/work-management platform • Current, practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work, with concrete examples of improved output • Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning and process improvement • Experience with client onboarding, software implementations, custom integrations, or API-enabled workflows is a bonus • Experience with shared Development and QA resources is a bonus • Familiarity with Asana, Notion, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar collaboration and AI tools is a bonus • Experience creating templates, playbooks, or process documentation is a bonus • Exposure to SaaS, fintech, digital assets, or integration-heavy environments is a bonus • Availability to work 40 hours per week
