📋 Description

• Establish clinical understanding, access and sales demand within LTC sector for target accounts • Call on LTC facilities and affiliated business entities daily through meetings and presentations • Analyze territory information to develop target mapping and optimize routing • Establish professional relationships and maintain effective networks with key decision makers • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand access • Execute brand sales strategies and manage existing accounts within long-term care sector • Maintain call documentation and report field activities accurately • Collaborate with various teams like Regional Account Management and Medical Affairs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) preferred • LTC Sales Experience with minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • LTC Account Management Experience with minimum of three (3) years in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Account Manager role • Long-Term Care (LTC) Clinical Experience with minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in long-term care settings • Experience with skilled nursing facilities (SNF), assisted living facilities (ALF), LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks • Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and calendar-based call planning tools • Ability to navigate long-term care systems and build relationships • Documented record of demand generation and sales achievements
