๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข Identify and engage prospective warehouse, fulfilment, and 3PL partners. โ€ข Build and maintain a targeted sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking. โ€ข Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client operations and pain points. โ€ข Present Shipcloud's platform and explain technical integrations. โ€ข Support clients through onboarding and successful integration. โ€ข Negotiate contracts and build long-term, trust-based relationships with operational decision-makers. โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and continuous improvement. โ€ข Identify and engage prospective ecommerce and retail clients. โ€ข Build and maintain a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking. โ€ข Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs. โ€ข Present Shipcloud's platform and explain integration possibilities. โ€ข Support clients through onboarding and initial implementation. โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, or supply chain technology. โ€ข Solid network within the warehousing, fulfilment, or 3PL space. โ€ข Deep understanding of warehouse workflows, pick & pack operations, carrier integrations, and SLAs. โ€ข Fluent in the language of efficiency, automation, and operational reliability. โ€ข Able to recognize what fulfilment providers need. โ€ข Skilled at navigating complex technical discussions and long-term partnership sales cycles. โ€ข Proficient with pipeline management. โ€ข Experienced in outbound prospecting: LinkedIn, cold email, and calls. โ€ข Process-driven, structured, and partnership-oriented mindset. โ€ข Motivated by helping clients streamline operations and scale with confidence. โ€ข 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, shipping, or logistics services. โ€ข Understanding of ecommerce operations and online retail business models. โ€ข Familiar with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, etc.). โ€ข Strong consultative sales skills with a customer-first approach. โ€ข Comfortable demonstrating digital platforms and explaining integrations. โ€ข CRM and pipeline management experience. โ€ข Experience with outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email, and calls. โ€ข Agile, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset. โ€ข Motivated by growth targets, bonuses, and customer success.
