• Have 5–10+ years in the solar industry, specifically on the B2B / commercial / installer side • Have worked at a large solar company, distributor, or manufacturer • Maintain an active network of installers, EPCs, contractors, or commercial buyers • Are trusted by your clients and used to managing complex, high-value accounts • Are frustrated by slow internal processes, rigid pricing, or poor customer experience at larger organizations • Want more ownership, flexibility, and influence over outcomes.
