📋 Description

• Partner with business and product teams to understand goals, challenges, and reporting requirements. • Analyse complex datasets using SQL to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. • Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that clearly communicate business performance. • Define and track KPIs aligned with business objectives. • Convert business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights. • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards. • Proactively identify areas where data can improve processes, revenue, customer experience, or operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions, and query optimisation. • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development. • Strong business understanding and the ability to connect data insights with business outcomes. • Experience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to identify the right metrics instead of simply reporting available data. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
