• Drive new business across Europe, Middle East, APAC, Australia, and other international regions. • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract signing. • Build relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, procurement teams, and business executives. • Sell AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Digital Engineering, Custom Software Development, and IT Staff Augmentation services. • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships. • Conduct discovery sessions and solution presentations. • Negotiate commercial agreements and close profitable deals. • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates. • Collaborate closely with delivery and solution teams.
• 5-10 years of IT Services sales experience • Experience selling into international markets outside North America • Strong understanding of global enterprise sales • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience selling offshore development services • Ability to manage multiple regions and different time zones • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on new business development • Existing customer network across Europe, Middle East, APAC, or Australia (Preferred) • Experience working with multinational enterprises (Preferred) • Knowledge of regional buying behavior and enterprise procurement processes (Preferred) • Experience selling AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Digital Engineering services (Preferred)
