📋 Description

• Administer, support, and evolve the corporate network environment with a focus on SD-WAN solutions. • Participate in planning, deployment, and maintenance of WAN, LAN, Internet infrastructure and connectivity with service providers. • Define, implement, and optimize routing policies, QoS, segmentation, and network resilience. • Perform advanced troubleshooting of incidents related to connectivity, performance, and service availability. • Work on expansion, modernization, and transformation projects for the network infrastructure. • Conduct capacity, performance, and consumption trend analyses for communication environments. • Coordinate with and support telecommunications providers and technical partners. • Contribute to the definition of standards, architectures, and best practices for network environments. • Automate operational tasks and processes related to network infrastructure management. • Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and root cause analyses (RCA). • Ensure services meet availability, security, and business continuity requirements. • Work collaboratively with security, infrastructure, cloud, audit, and risk teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience administering medium- to large-scale corporate network environments. • Experience with Cisco SD-WAN solutions. • Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec VPN, QoS, NAT, DNS, and DHCP. • Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst devices and Cisco management platforms. • Experience troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Internet, and SD-WAN networks. • Understanding of telecommunications services and carriers. • Knowledge of network security fundamentals. • Experience with monitoring and performance analysis of connectivity environments. • Experience in network automation using Python, APIs, or similar tools is a plus. • Desirable/differential certifications: CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise SD-WAN Implementation, Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise SD-WAN Design, Cisco DevNet Associate, and ITIL Foundation.
