📋 Description

• Lead the gathering and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for critical, highly complex projects. • Write and ensure the quality of user stories, detailing requirements and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with system architects to ensure proposed solutions support the organization’s long-term objectives. • Map and document relevant APIs, integrations, and technical contracts. • Map current-state (As-Is) workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized future-state (To-Be) processes that maximize system ROI. • Act as an internal consultant, managing expectations and clearly communicating project progress and risks. • Actively participate in upstream activities, collaborating on the refinement and detailing of requirements. • Oversee the creation of test plans and validate that the technical delivery is fully aligned with business needs. • Produce effective documentation, focusing on what truly adds value for the team. • Support the technical development of mid-level and junior analysts by sharing systems analysis best practices. • Collaborate with PMs, Tech Leads, Agile Coaches, and other team members to ensure high-quality delivery. • Support the definition and detailing of initiative scope, contributing to estimates and predictability. • Participate in prioritization meetings, providing relevant information about requirements and impacts. • Create and detail user stories in Jira, ensuring clarity and alignment with product objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in related roles serving as an interface between IT and Business. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Solid experience with SQL for data analysis and system validation. • Proficiency with modeling tools (UML, BPMN, Lucidchart, or Visio). • Knowledge of system integration via APIs (REST/SOAP). • Proficiency with backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). • Knowledge of writing user stories and acceptance criteria. • Experience with upstream processes, requirements refinement, and prioritization. • Ability to produce concise, useful documentation for the team. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse roles (Product, Technology, and Agile). • Strong organizational skills and focus on priorities, with the ability to manage multiple demands. • Proactive approach to seeking information, aligning expectations, and proposing improvements. • Clear, objective communication aligned with Sicredi’s values. • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills. • Autonomy to make decisions in ambiguous environments. • Negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders at different levels. • Preferred: knowledge of in-memory and NoSQL databases. • Preferred: ability to document architecture through diagrams. • Preferred: cooperative and proactive mindset. • Preferred: relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, or PMP). • Preferred: previous experience in Fintech, E-commerce, Cloud Computing, or other relevant industries.
