📋 Description

• Monitor the results of the Individual Customers (Pessoa Física) segment and support the implementation of initiatives to achieve related objectives. • Perform data analyses of the segment's results and contribute to the development of action plans based on strategic guidelines. • Support analyses and provide accurate information to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across the segments. • Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical, and operational discussions. • Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights on opportunities and threats to the segment. • Assist with data analyses and support the team in identifying and mitigating risks. • Support analyses and the communication plans for results and insights from mapping the member journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of programming languages (SQL / Python) • Experience in results management and creation of performance indicators • Bachelor's degree (complete) • Analytical thinking • Curiosity, proactivity in learning new things, and ambition to take on new challenges • Knowledge of banking products and services • Strong communication skills, with ability to coordinate, influence, and build relationships
