📋 Description

• Manage finance activities including preparation of the P&L, Balance Sheet and statutory requirements in accordance with local regulations • Maintain bookkeeping functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Local Statutory Reporting and Management Reporting (MIS) • Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with Filipino Accounting Principles • Coordinate with the external accounting agency to ensure taxes and income tax requirements are met and financial information is secured and stored in compliance with Philippine legislation • Prepare and support information for Group and Local Audit requirements and consult with internal and external auditors • Manage and prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure company cash needs are maintained • Raise customer invoices locally after work is delivered and verify executed agreements are in place • Coordinate with the Local Accounting Agency regarding required inputs and local compliance • Maintain financial records for each location / Line of Business for management reporting • Assist the India Accounting and Finance team with budget preparation • Manage the monthly MIS and reporting pack and share inputs with the Indian team • Respond to stakeholder enquiries regarding active contract terms • Communicate and manage the workflow of all contract stages • Undertake other duties and responsibilities mandated or deemed appropriate by the Company

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting Degree / Certification • 4 to 6 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting activities • Good English speaking and writing skills • Good understanding and knowledge of Finance and Local Accounting systems • A "Make It Happen" attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and support the organisation based on business requirements • Knowledge of the MS D365 application will be a plus • Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and Word • A good collaborator with the right attitude towards work
