📋 Description

• Project coordination: You support the planning, organization, and control of our software development projects — and will gradually take on responsibility yourself. • Requirements gathering & conception: In close coordination with our clients you help structure requirements, develop concepts, and translate them into clear steps for the team. • Working with Sidestream processes: You use our proven project frameworks and learn to manage projects efficiently and transparently. • Team support: You support our project managers and Tech Leads in day-to-day project work and help keep quality, priorities, and progress on track. • GitHub & reviews: You maintain tasks, help with testing and quality checks, and increasingly work independently in functional reviews. • Technical work: Depending on your strengths, you’ll also get involved in technical areas.

🎯 Requirements

• No prior experience required: Open to career changers with a strong willingness to learn, genuine curiosity, and motivation for professional and personal development. • Work style & organization: You work in an organized and reliable way and keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks. • Technical affinity: You have an interest in digital products and are willing to learn tools such as GitHub, testing processes, or the command line. • Communication skills: You can communicate clearly and effectively in German and English with team members and clients. • Motivation to grow: You want to take on increasing responsibility step by step and, ideally, lead your own software projects in the future.
