• Suggest and implement SEO best practices for client sites • Stay up to date on SEO industry changes • Perform monthly keyword research and competitor analysis • Write effective web copy for marketing websites • Read and interpret site code to discover technical SEO issues • Perform weekly analyses with Google Search Console and other tools • Create beautiful spreadsheets for recommendations • Brainstorm test ideas and experiments for content and user experience • Coordinate and oversee SEO-based content creation • Generate creative link building ideas

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in an SEO role • Experience with website analysis using SEO tools like Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics • Technical background with analytical and problem-solving skills • Conducting a full SEO site audit and pulling impactful recommendations • Solid understanding of search engines crawl, index, and rank websites • Ability to analyze data for impactful recommendations • Strong interpersonal skills and managing client relationships • Strong project management skills • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, good web design skills • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets)
