📋 Description

• Manage modality specific image quality cases to ensure customer satisfaction through frequent interaction and communication with the Remote Support Center, Factory Image Quality team, Factory R&D, and local service support groups for Advanced Therapies (angiography/cardiac). • Support customers and field to ensure achievements of the RSC's performance goals. • Responsible for the handling, analysis and case management of customer and/or internally driven image quality issues. • Collect, review and evaluate large quantities of patient images and related system logfiles; Assess appropriate image quality or reasons for lack thereof and communicate directly with internal and external customers - often at the radiologist/Physician level - to drive closure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 8 years’ experience working with Siemens Angiography equipment and evaluating Angiography imaging • Fundamental knowledge of image processing techniques • Strong communication skills • 75% local travel and occasional U.S. domestic travel
