📋 Description

• Manage major manufacturers of windows, doors, gates, façade elements, and insulating glass in Germany and other European markets • Acquire and prioritize projects, including project documentation in Salesforce and shared project lists • Develop and implement professional business plans • Analyze existing application processes and propose optimization measures • Apply value-selling principles • Define key account customers and prepare business plans • Monitor market trends and develop proposals for new process and product developments in collaboration with R&D and Technical Services • Define and prepare market-growth plans together with the relevant departments

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification • Expertise in specific manufacturing processes for windows, doors, gates, façade elements, and insulating glass • Competence in integrating industrialized application processes • Strong negotiation skills at decision-maker level • Very good German and good English language skills • Several years of professional experience in the manufacture of windows, doors, gates, façade elements, and insulating glass • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 70%)
