• Completed technical training or degree • Experience in B2B sales • Ideally experience with silicone materials • Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative • Fluent German and English (business level) • French as an additional language is a plus • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficient with MS Office • Flexibility, reliability and teamwork • Willingness to travel
