📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA target scores • Provide exceptional post-sale customer service as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic • A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office/teams, etc.) • Experience working in a remote sales environment • Quiet home office setup is required - no background noise • A reliable wired internet connection is required — Wi-Fi is not acceptable
