📋 Description

• Define and evolve testing strategies for complex systems and multiple products • Lead quality initiatives while taking a hands-on approach to test automation, validation, and execution • Develop proofs of concept (PoCs), frameworks, templates, and accelerators for test automation • Plan and execute functional, exploratory, and non-functional testing • Implement and maintain automation pipelines for web applications, APIs, and microservices • Develop strategies for performance, load, stress, and scalability testing • Support squads in solution design with a focus on quality, observability, and reliability • Use Artificial Intelligence to generate scenarios, analyze coverage, investigate failures, and optimize the testing lifecycle • Define standards, metrics, governance, and best practices for QA across the organization • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SDLC and quality processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience defining testing strategies for complex applications • Hands-on profile with practical experience in automation and quality assurance • Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing • Experience with traceability between requirements, tests, and defects • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Puppeteer • Experience testing APIs using Postman, Newman, REST Assured, Karate, or Pact • Knowledge of unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end (E2E) testing • Experience with load, stress, spike, and soak testing • Experience with k6, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks in applications, databases, and microservices • Experience analyzing CPU, memory, throughput, and latency metrics • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C# • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience working with CI/CD • Knowledge of observability applied to testing • Hands-on experience using Generative AI in software quality assurance • Use of LLMs to generate tests and synthetic data and analyze results • Participation in intelligent automation initiatives and AI-driven productivity improvements • Knowledge of governance, traceability, and quality assurance for AI-based solutions • Preferred: knowledge of application security and security testing • Preferred: experience with SAST, DAST, IAST, and Dependency Scanning • Preferred: experience with OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, and ABAC • Preferred: experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Preferred: knowledge of Brazil's LGPD and data anonymization for testing • Preferred: experience with FinOps applied to QA environments • Preferred: experience with Developer Experience platforms • Preferred: experience with impact analysis and intelligent test suite selection
