📋 Description

• Respond to SOC tickets • Log and categorize incidents • Manage queues and tasks assigned to the vulnerability management team • Identify vulnerabilities (patching), analyze, remediate and map risks inherent to IT services • Knowledge of how vulnerabilities in applications can be exploited and how to remediate them • Security baseline management (hardening) • Analyze findings and vulnerabilities from vulnerability and penetration tests and develop remediation strategies • Collaborate with other cybersecurity teams to address issues and ensure understanding, assisting in the development of action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure • Experience working in a SOC • Hands-on professional for vulnerability remediation and hardening • Experience handling vulnerabilities on servers and with middleware applications (desirable) • Mandatory experience with Windows Servers, GPO, VMware and Red Hat Linux • Knowledge of security protocols such as SSL/TLS, IPSec and SSH • Knowledge of operating systems, networks and databases
