📋 Description

• Lead Java development teams technically; • Participate in defining modern architectures based on APIs and microservices; • Support the construction of cloud-native solutions; • Ensure the technical quality of deliveries through code reviews, development standards, and continuous monitoring; • Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges; • Plan and track delivery schedules, promoting predictability and risk management; • Conduct frequent alignments with business areas, partners, and leadership; • Produce executive reports on project progress, metrics, and potential blockers; • Develop and support the team's technical growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Java development in high-complexity corporate environments; • API- and microservices-based architectures; • Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring REST, Spring Data, Spring Batch; • Relational and NoSQL databases; • Development in Cloud environments; • Code quality and security tools such as SonarQube and Fortify; • Experience serving as a technical reference or leading development teams; • Advanced English for communication and interaction in global environments;
