📋 Description

• Technical leadership of the squad, supporting the evolution of the architecture and engineering standards. • Active participation in development, contributing hands-on when needed. • Performing code reviews and providing technical direction to the team. • Supporting the management of critical incidents and defining technical evolution plans. • Contributing to the construction of the squad’s technical roadmap. • Acting as a team facilitator, raising technical maturity and promoting engineering best practices. • Exercising technical leadership by example, supporting the professional development of squad members.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Backend development with Java. • Full Stack experience is desirable. • Knowledge of distributed architecture and cloud environments. • Experience with AWS. • Technical leadership skills and ability to make architectural decisions. • Experience with code review, technical governance, and guiding teams. • Previous experience as a Tech Lead. • Knowledge of Open Finance. • Experience transforming teams and building squads. • Background in financial institutions.
