📋 Description

• Act as technical lead in agile, multidisciplinary teams; • Lead and guide the development of backend solutions in Java and frontend in React/Next.js (WebView); • Define and evolve system architectures, APIs and integrations; • Ensure quality standards, coding best practices, testing and technical reviews; • Actively contribute to the evolution of platforms, focusing on reuse, performance, scalability and maintainability; • Propose and validate technical solutions aligned with business needs; • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and support; • Support the team's technical growth by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Java; • Solid experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot; • Strong expertise in designing and architecting REST APIs; • Knowledge of AWS; • Experience with Git, including collaborative workflows and code review; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); • Problem investigation and resolution skills (log analysis, Datadog, Splunk, etc.); • Experience or strong interest in generative AI solutions and LLMs; • Ability to design and technically specify architectures with AI agents, including flows, responsibilities and integrations; • Knowledge of agent orchestration, integration and best practices for governance, security and observability; • Proactive, collaborative profile with strong technical communication skills. • ** Nice to have:** • Experience or knowledge of Kotlin; • Knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Next.js, Angular or similar); • Experience developing WebView applications; • Basic knowledge of Mobile development (iOS or Android) and API integrations; • Knowledge of DevOps practices; • Familiarity with architectural patterns and styles.
