📋 Description

• You will work on the technical evolution and maintenance of the card portfolio, supporting specifications, configurations, testing, certifications and impact analyses to ensure compliance, operational stability and the best possible customer experience. • Draft specifications and support product configuration, features, fees, rules and workflows on the card processor platform. • Perform medium-complexity parameterizations/configurations according to approved requirements and established procedures. • Analyze technical and operational impacts of changes, identifying risks, dependencies and validation needs. • Prepare and execute tests and certifications, record evidence and follow up on corrections for any identified inconsistencies. • Support incident investigations related to parameters, processing and integrations, engaging the responsible teams or partners when necessary. • Track technical requests with the processor, card networks, Technology and internal teams, managing open issues, deadlines and responses. • Support technical activities related to digital wallets, tokenization and other features of the card ecosystem. • Review billing from card networks and partners, identify discrepancies and follow up on reconciliations and adjustments. • Keep documentation, inventories, evidence and histories of parameterizations and implemented changes up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with card products, card processing or card operations. • Experience with parameterizations/configurations, functional specifications, testing and certifications. • Knowledge of the system-level operation of card products. • Analytical skills to assess impacts and investigate incidents. • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field. • Experience with Vision, FirstVision or other processor platforms. • Knowledge of card network rules. • Experience with tokenization and digital wallets. • Knowledge of partner billing and reconciliations. • Intermediate to advanced Excel.
