📋 Description

• Lead technical teams in software development projects. • Define architecture and coding standards. • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables. • Act as a facilitator between business and technology teams. • Monitor deadlines and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET or Python. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices. • Ability to manage technical teams. • Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
