📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of smaller recurring services engagements • Independently lead day-to-day delivery and manage BAU requests • Run client conversations and syncs, establish priorities, surface decisions, and remove blockers • Organize competing priorities, maintain healthy backlogs, and track service usage and backlog burn-down • Proactively identify operational gaps and generate valuable future work • Translate customer needs into backlog items and practical Sitetracker configurations • Drive platform usage, adoption, service velocity, customer satisfaction, and retention • Create reusable client-facing materials and operational templates • Independently lead recurring services engagements with minimal oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Navigate core Salesforce concepts including objects, fields, layouts, and basic flows or rules • Configure and maintain functional settings within Sitetracker or comparable platform software • Troubleshoot standard platform and BAU service issues • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable backlog items or user stories • Apply Sitetracker configuration best practices • Translate complex client operational workflows into usable Sitetracker solutions • Manage multiple concurrent client workloads and a high-volume client portfolio • Learn platform updates and customer business processes quickly • No educational credential, years of experience, certifications, work authorization, or language requirements are specified
