📋 Description

• Orchestrate the planning, coordination, and delivery of software releases across product, engineering, QA, and support teams • Develop, maintain, and coordinate release schedules • Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and support teams • Coordinate testing, staging, and production environments • Audit, collaborate on, and oversee the generation and delivery of release notes • Communicate release updates to internal stakeholders and external clients • Establish best practices and processes for release management • Oversee post-release activities, including monitoring and troubleshooting • Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in release operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience • 5+ years’ experience in software release management, preferably within a SaaS environment • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines • Excellent written communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps preferred • Working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Exposure to ITIL or other release/change management frameworks; relevant certifications are a plus.
