β’ Join SIXT and help shape the future of shared mobility with our SIXT Share service. β’ As a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), you handle incoming customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and email, resolve complaints with empathy, and provide tailored solutions while collecting valuable feedback. β’ Your support ensures an outstanding customer experience and directly contributes to strengthening the SIXT brand. β’ You provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience in every interaction. β’ You communicate confidently and empathetically with customers in Dutch and English. β’ You analyze customer requests, identify needs, and offer effective solutions. β’ You adapt quickly to new situations and handle challenges with strong problem-solving skills. β’ You proactively anticipate customer needs and maintain a service-oriented mindset. β’ You work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
β’ You have already gained initial experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent service comes naturally to you. β’ You speak fluently Dutch and English (C1 level or higher). β’ You enjoy interacting with partners and customers and possess strong communication skills and empathy. β’ You can respond quickly to new situations and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β’ You are confident in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office.
