• Gestione agenda e pianificazione impegni • Preparazione documenti e presentazioni • Coordinamento con team interni ed esterni • Organizzazione eventi e meeting • Gestione forniture e materiali di consumo • Coordinamento con fornitori di servizi esterni • Organizzazione e supervisione degli spazi di lavoro • Gestione fatture e corrispondenza
🎯 Requirements
• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in aziende strutturate ed internazionali • Ottime capacità di pianificare e coordinare • Ottime doti comunicative, sia scritte che orali • Fluente in inglese, sia in forma scritta che parlata • Conoscenza avanzata dei sistemi MS Office e strumenti per la programmazione
