• Handling complex inquiries from our international corporate and VIP customers • Responsible for bookings, change requests and assisting with bookings via web and app • Communicating with customers by email and phone in German and English • Ensuring excellent quality standards in customer service
• Professional experience in customer support, customer service, hospitality or a comparable role • Enjoyment of customer contact • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
