📋 Description

• Act as the Business Owner for the Lifecycle Services and Professional Services portfolio across EMEA • Drive solution design and qualification for strategic customer opportunities across EMEA • Support RFQs, RFPs, complex bids, and business development initiatives • Ensure commercial viability, pricing governance, and contract approval for new business opportunities • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Solutions, Service Delivery, Operations, Legal, and Finance • Own KPI and SLA governance, ensuring commitments are clearly defined and achievable • Lead customer governance and service review meetings with key stakeholders • Identify service improvement and business expansion opportunities • Own client solutions from qualification through commercial approval and contract finalization before transition to implementation and operational delivery teams • Govern growth, commercial governance, service portfolio strategy, customer governance, profitability, and service expansion opportunities across EMEA

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Lifecycle Services, Professional Services, ITAD, Managed Services, Technology Services, or a related industry • Proven track record in international solution or commercial management, or business leadership roles • Strong understanding of service delivery, pricing models, service contracts, and operational processes • Experience managing complex customer engagements, RFQs, RFPs, and large-scale opportunities • Empathic communication to build trusting relationships with stakeholders • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
