• Make initial contact with leads via email, phone, and online platforms; • Qualify opportunities and hand them off to the sales team; • Nurture leads generated from campaigns, events, and inbound marketing strategies; • Update the CRM with information and interaction histories; • Conduct strategic follow-ups throughout the lead journey; • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
• High school diploma or equivalent; • Minimum of 6 months' experience in an SDR, pre-sales, or commercial/customer-facing role; • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar platforms; • Experience with B2B relationship management; • Experience in the real estate market; • Knowledge of outbound and inbound sales techniques; • Experience with long-cycle sales.
