📋 Description

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones • Own proactive candidate communication throughout the hiring process • Keep the hiring manager informed by proactively pushing status updates • Manage offer letter generation and release • Coordinate with internal stakeholders through offer, background check, and pre-start • Maintain accuracy on every document issued • Administer and optimize the TA tech stack, including ATS, scheduling platforms, and assessment tools • Build and maintain hiring reporting and dashboards • Surface insights from hiring data • Identify friction in candidate and hiring manager experience and lead improvement projects • Bring AI and automation opportunities to the team • Challenge existing processes and provide evidence-based alternatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or recruiting coordination • Track record of owning interview scheduling and offer processes at volume • Hands-on experience administering an ATS and adjacent recruiting tools • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong written and spoken English • Comfortable working independently with minimal direction across time zones • Based in Mexico, Costa Rica, or Argentina • Legally able to contract • Experience improving processes and describing measurable outcomes • Curiosity about AI in recruiting and prior experimentation with it • Comfortable challenging inefficient hiring-manager processes and proposing alternatives • Experience supporting a technology or SaaS hiring function
