âą Oversee product development with the engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with market needs. âą Define and monitor key success indicators (KPIs) and product metrics such as adoption, retention, engagement, and business impact. âą Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analyses to identify improvement opportunities and propose evidence-based solutions. âą Work closely with marketing and sales to align product metrics with growth targets and market positioning. âą Develop and implement growth strategies and operational efficiency initiatives for logistics and e-commerce products. âą Design and run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features.
âą Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field. âą Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital product development, with a focus on logistics and e-commerce. âą Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum, with experience leading product development teams. âą Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders. âą Hands-on experience defining and tracking product metrics (e.g., cohort analysis, conversion funnel, churn, NPS). âą Ability to turn data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. âą Nice to have: Experience with data analytics and metrics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Power BI, Looker, etc.). âą Certifications in product management, agile methodologies, or data analysis. âą Knowledge of design thinking and innovation methodologies applied to defining success metrics. âą Experience working in scale-up environments or fast-growing companies.
