📋 Description

• Assist with high-volume personal and commercial insurance quoting • Gather information needed to prepare accurate quotes • Enter and maintain prospect and client information • Follow up with prospects regarding quotes and outstanding information • Schedule appointments for the agency owner • Support renewal tracking and follow-up • Update activities, notes, and pipeline stages within the CRM • Maintain accurate and organized digital records • Communicate professionally through email, phone, and text • Follow up on open tasks and ensure requests are completed promptly • Assist with policy documentation and general administrative support • Help document and improve internal processes as the agency grows • Protect confidential client and insurance information

🎯 Requirements

• Previous insurance industry experience • Experience supporting insurance quoting or policy servicing • Familiarity with personal or commercial insurance lines • Strong written and spoken English • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Professional client communication • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities • Comfortable learning new systems and processes • Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures • Experience with AgencyZoom, Applied Epic, AMS360, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or similar systems is preferred • Experience with both personal and commercial insurance lines is preferred • Experience preparing or assisting with high-volume quotes is preferred • Familiarity with insurance renewals and prospect pipelines is preferred • Experience working for an independent insurance agency is preferred • Appointment-setting or customer-service experience is preferred • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
