📋 Description

• Prepare and submit permit applications • Research municipal requirements, forms, and fees • Coordinate with building departments and local agencies • Track permits from submission through approval • Follow up on outstanding applications and corrections • Schedule required inspections • Gather missing project information from internal teams • Maintain organized permitting records and documentation • Update internal systems with current permit statuses • Provide regular progress reports • Identify delays and escalate issues promptly • Support additional permitting and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Previous HVAC, plumbing, or construction permitting experience • Familiarity with municipal permitting processes • Strong written and verbal English communication • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines • Comfortable communicating by phone and email • Ability to work independently • Reliable internet and professional remote workspace • Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week during U.S. business hours • Preferred: Experience working with multiple municipalities • Preferred: Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing terminology • Preferred: Experience coordinating inspections • Preferred: Familiarity with online permit portals • Preferred: Experience supporting a U.S.-based home-services company
