📋 Description

• Review commercial construction plans and blueprints • Perform mechanical takeoffs and quantity takeoffs • Identify and count HVAC units, equipment, and related mechanical components • Prepare accurate equipment counts for manufacturers to generate quotes • Assist with preparing and organizing project estimates • Support the quoting process and learn company-specific estimating procedures • Perform general administrative and data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the estimating process

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with mechanical takeoffs or construction estimating • Experience using PlanSwift • Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and mechanical systems • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to learn company-specific estimating and quoting processes • Reliable, accurate, and able to work independently
