📋 Description

• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, playbooks and assessments. • Leverage tools and feedback to own training content, maintaining up-to-date documentation. • Create content aligned with instructional design principles and adult learning theories. • Develop interactive and visual content using various authoring tools. • Serve as the LMS Administrator by managing the database and supporting users. • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of instructional programs and materials. • Make improvements to existing content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of Sales Enablement Instructional Design experience • Creative, organized, strong design skills, attention to detail and collaboration abilities
