📋 Description

• Coordinate workflows and initiatives across different areas of the business • Support customer-related operations, including onboarding, ongoing customer needs, and retention initiatives • Work across Sales, Accounting, Operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and move priorities forward • Track priorities, blockers, follow-ups, and next steps • Identify operational gaps and help determine the right people or resources needed • Build and improve processes as business needs evolve • Follow issues and commitments through to completion • Provide clear, concise updates on progress and outstanding items

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including substantial hands-on business operations experience • Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Lead, Business Operations Manager, General Manager, or comparable hands-on operations role • Experience working in an established business environment involving multiple teams, functions, and priorities • Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving experience • Demonstrated experience owning workflows or initiatives from start to finish • Experience improving processes and ensuring consistent follow-through • Comfortable working with both business and technical teams • Clear, concise professional communication
