• Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow social media presence • Assist in creating basic content calendars and analytics reports • Design basic graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva • Handle daily administrative tasks: email management, document organization, data entry, and basic reporting • Maintain and update digital files and records; support ad-hoc admin projects • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and calls; send reminders and follow-ups • Maintain an organized calendar and manage scheduling conflicts • Work independently as a proactive self-starter and meet deadlines
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role • Strong skills in social media management and basic graphic design • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms • Excellent communication and time management skills • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines • A working laptop or computer meeting specified specs (RAM: minimum 8GB; Laptop: 8th gen Core i5 or higher; Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series or higher, or Core i3 10th gen or higher; Mac: Core i5 2017 or higher, Core i7 2016 or higher) • Reliable internet connection with speeds of 20mbps or higher • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written • Willingness to work full-time within the client time zone • Previous experience working remotely is highly desirable
