📋 Description

• Manage and take responsibility for the success of your own client portfolio • Analyze existing company structures and develop optimization concepts • Regularly share updates with the team on current client cases, opportunities, and challenges • Develop innovative marketing and sales strategies • Implement proven social-selling practices together with clients • Proactively communicate with clients and lead 1:1 coaching, onboarding, and live calls with executives • Maintain long-term, successful business relationships together with the team • Take ownership of and independently further develop internal processes • Develop sales structures for B2B entrepreneurs at the C‑level • Support topics such as sales, marketing, CRM, HR, management, and business processes after onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategy, marketing, sales, and CRM • Ideally experience as a freelancer/independent consultant in consulting or agencies, a successful closer, or in coaching • Professional demeanor and experience interacting with C‑level clients • Strong communication skills • Structured, conscientious, and orderly work style • Quick comprehension and ability to learn rapidly • Experience with social media, LinkedIn, and HubSpot • Highly proactive work style and willingness to contribute new ideas • Self-responsibility and absolute reliability • Ability to follow existing processes and further develop them • Willingness to grow professionally and personally
