📋 Description

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for two dating products • Manage both app and web acquisition funnels • Analyze campaign metrics, optimize budgets, improve ROI/CPA/CPI, and scale traffic efficiently • Develop and test growth hypotheses involving audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, app/web flows, and creative angles • Research competitors and work with the creative team to generate creative hypotheses and prepare briefs • Evaluate creative performance • Build structured reporting and improve campaign management processes • Automate campaign management through rules, tools, and scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads • Ideally experience in dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or other high-volume B2C products • Proven experience managing monthly budgets of at least $100k, ideally scaling to $400k–$500k per month • Strong experience with both app and web acquisition funnels • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work with data, reports, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, and internal analytics/CRM tools • Ability to explain decisions through numbers • Russian fluency • English reading and writing skills sufficient for working with tools and documentation
