📋 Description
• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing • Process new hires, vacation, and terminations • Calculate and administer statutory contributions and payroll taxes (INSS, FGTS, and IRRF) • Manage eSocial and employee benefits • Provide support to employees • Monitor electronic timekeeping • Support internal audits
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation required • Intermediate Excel proficiency • Experience with payroll systems (ADP, TOTVS, or similar)
